Post all the above-mentioned process, the parts are then taken to the assembly section, where in the parts are assembled as per the assembly instruction provided by the designer. Being primarily into manufacturing of IP rated cabinets, every single cabinet goes through extensive water testing (inhouse recyclable water test set-up) to ensure 0 failure on site. Product from top brands such as Dow Corning, ALP Gaskets etc. ensure relevant IP rating required for cabinets to warrant longevity. 

Eterna not only assembles the sheet metal components of an enclosure, but also does integration of electrical components such as MCB’s, Surge Protectors, Busbars, Wire harnesses etc. Your cabinets leave our premises fully assembled and ready for installation once they leave our premises.
